All posts	Master’s degree in the respective discipline and having qualified NET from ICAR/UGC/CS1R or similar test accredited by UGC/State in the concerned discipline. Note- For the candidates having Master’s degree, NET shall remain compulsory along with one publication in NAAS (National Academy of Agricultural Sciences, New Delhi) rated refereed Journal for recruitment to the post of Assistant Professor and equivalent in the disciplines in which NET is conducted
All posts	a) Ph.D degree of the candidate awarded in regular mode only;
All posts	b) Evaluation of the Ph.D thesis by at least two external, examiners;
All posts	c) Open Ph.D viva-voce of the candidate had been conducted;
All posts	d) Candidate has published two research papers from his/her Ph.D work out of which at least one must be in refereed journal;
All posts	e) Candidate has made at least two presentations in conference/seminars, based on his/her Ph.D work;
All posts	a) to e) as above are to be certified by the Vice-Chancellor/concerned Deans.
All posts	f) Retired University/College teacher of the concerned discipline can also apply.
