Minimum Qualification

Applicants must possess a B.Tech./M.Tech. in Electrical Engineering or an equivalent degree with a valid GATE qualification. Preference will be given to candidates specializing in Power Electronics and Drives, Electrical Machines and Drives, or equivalent disciplines, with knowledge of SiC and GaN wide-bandgap semiconductors, gate driver design and analysis, and electric vehicles.

Position Overview

Project Title – “Design and Experimental Evaluation of Resonant Gate Driving in High Efficiency GaN-Based Three-Phase Propulsion Drives for E-Mobility”. Sponsoring Agency – Anusandhan National Research Foundation (ANRF). Project File No. -ANRF/ARG/2025/010608/ENS. Temporary Positions – Junior Research Fellow (JRF) for 01 year initially, and extendable up to 27 Months or completion of the project, whichever happens, earlier solely based on the performance.
